Andrzej Zińczuk’s has over 13 years of experience in IT world. Worked as software engineer, project manager and co-owner.
Over last 4 years he was responsible for understanding and Scrum usage in the biggest payments provider company in CEE region – PayU. That was a good lesson how to balance leadership with management position. During those years he was acting as Product Owner, Scrum Master and manager there. He was involved in few organisational transformation programmes – managing by Scrum usage, Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) introduction or culture shifting initiatives. He is very grateful for having chance to contribute in work of over 20+ scrum teams.
Being a part of the agile community, Andrzej supports Agile Coach Camp, Agile Poznań and Scrumvival initiatives.
