Professional Scrum Foundations™

Is PSF training for me?

Do you want to start using Scrum? Do you understand that learning diving from the book is exponentially harder than training with an instructor? Do you want to avoid the pitfalls of superficial Scrum? PSF training is the right choice for you.

Do you want to get quality certification with the organization led by one of the founders of Scrum, Ken Schwaber? PSF is definitely for you.

There’s no need for Scrum to be a dogma for your team. Scrum basics as the experience of incremental value creation is here for you to explore. Learn the behaviors, mechanics, and techniques with the experienced trainer.

Useful things to do before training.

To get most of the PSF training, it is helpful to get familiar with the basic mechanics of Scrum. You can gain this knowledge by reading (for example Guide through Scrum). Practical Scrum experience in organization and team is a plus. It is also good to pass the Scrum Open exam before the training.
